The Land Rover Defender came to us for our ever popular New Car Detail with the addition of XPEL Paint Protection film being installed to the front end of the vehicle. This consisted of the PPF covering the bonnet, all of the gloss black trim/painted areas on the front bumper, the front wings, the A pillars and the wing mirrors. One of the nicer touches is that we remove and renew the lettering on the bonnet resulting in a much cleaner install.
Once the PPF was installed we applied the best ceramic paint protection system available - Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra Black.
Crystal Serum Ultra not only forms a thicker protective barrier than standard nano-coats but also offers amazing levels of gloss and chemical resistance, forming the strongest barrier against bird droppings, salt, oil, water and dirt. Crystal Serum Ultra can be applied as a stand-alone paint protection coating, or for the best hydrophobic performance, it can be over coated with Gtechniq EXO, which forms Crystal Serum Black.
